Do you provide free estimates?
We only provide free estimates for new construction and/or major renovations.
What is your service area?
Our service area for minor repairs covers all of Rockingham County, while our service area for new construction and major renovations includes Rockingham, Guilford, and Caswell counties.
Do you pump septic tanks?
We do not pump septic tanks, nor do we repair or replace drain fields. We do, however, offer repair or replacement of sewer lines into the septic tank. We also have drain cleaning and inspection equipment available.
Can you install gas logs?
Crawford’s Plumbing is a licensed gas pipe installer. We do gas piping, gas line repair, pressure testing, and installation of gas logs.

Do you offer after hours/emergency service?
Crawford’s Plumbing is available 24 hours 7 days a week. To reach us after hours, on weekends, holidays, etc. just simply call the main number at 336-627-7689 to obtain the after hours on-call plumber’s number from the voicemail.
What are your terms of payment?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We will discount for cash and we also accept checks drawn on local banks. We do not offer any type of financing or payment plans. Payment is expected when service is rendered.

Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. Our staff is fully licensed for Plumbing Contracting Class I for the state of North Carolina, as well as certified installers of tankless water heaters. We are also well-versed in the county’s and city’s code requirements for new construction and renovation.
Do you do backflow installation and testing?
Yes. We are a North Carolina state certified backflow tester.
Do you install backup generators?
We do gas piping for generator installation.
Do you perform tankless water heater installations?
Yes. We are certified installers of Rinnai tankless water heaters and are also well-versed in installation of Navien tankless water heater systems. These are both the newest technology in water heaters and offer a more energy efficient solution. They may also offer rebates to new customers, as well as qualify for a tax deduction. What water-saving products do you recommend?
There are many products for water-saving toilets and slow flow showers, etc. A good source of information in the latest plumbing technology and water-saving products is PHC News.
